A different test
Before you start: this is not an IQ test, and your result is not an IQ score — emotional intelligence is a different kind of ability.
IQ is about reasoning, memory, and problem-solving. Emotional intelligence is about recognizing, understanding, and managing emotions — your own and other people’s. A high score on one doesn’t predict the other.
Your result is reported with its own categories. It is not an IQ number, not a percentile against an IQ population, and it is never combined with any IQ score you take here.
We show you realistic situations where some responses genuinely work better than others — not a self-report personality quiz (“I am a calm person”), which is easy to game.
A short, focused assessment — 8 questions across the four branches of emotional intelligence.
