REFUND POLICY
Nomor sells two things: a subscription, and course credits you can buy as a top-up. One credit unlocks one full course.
Course credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided none of them have been spent. Approved refunds return the full purchase to the original payment method. Once any credit from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is reviewed through support rather than refunded automatically.
Once a credit has been spent to unlock a course, that course is eligible for a refund within 7 days of unlocking if no more than 2 session days have been accessed.
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewal. If we approve a refund on a subscription, we refund the most recent charge and access ends immediately rather than at the end of the paid period. Charges already processed are otherwise generally non-refundable after the first billing cycle unless required by law.
Refunds for duplicate charges, technical failure, or accidental purchase should be reviewed through support with the receipt email and account address used at checkout.
