When you create an account, Nomor stores your email address, a hashed password, and basic profile details you provide. As you use the platform we record course progress, quiz results, certificates, streaks, and purchase history so we can unlock courses, surface your dashboard, and issue receipts.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe receives the information needed to bill you and to honor refunds, cancellations, and subscription renewals. Their handling of that data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Transactional email (verification, receipts, course unlocks) is sent through Resend. If you opt in to product updates, we may also send marketing email; you can unsubscribe from any marketing message at any time.
We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication and CSRF protection, and we ask for your consent before loading any non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer.
You can request deletion of your account and associated learning data at any time by emailing privacy@nomor.app. Some records (such as paid invoices) may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Nomor is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email before they take effect.
