Nomor is an educational platform offering free Snapshot articles and paid Deep Dive courses on history, empires, science, figures, and world events. By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass course gating.
Courses can be unlocked individually or via credit packs and subscriptions. Pricing, refund eligibility, and subscription details are described on the pricing, refund policy, and subscription terms pages.
Nomor courses cover historical, geopolitical, and scientific subjects. Content is researched and reviewed, but it is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Sensitive political and historical content is presented neutrally; Nomor does not endorse any political ideology or violent movement.
Course text, art, audio, quizzes, and platform code are owned by Nomor or its licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the course on Nomor for as long as your account is in good standing. You may not redistribute, resell, or scrape course content.
Don't use Nomor to harass other users, attempt to break the platform, reverse-engineer paid content, or violate the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Nomor is operated from Canada. These terms, and any dispute about them or about your use of Nomor, are governed by Canadian law and are handled by the Canadian courts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections, or the right to bring a claim, that the law where you live already gives you.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by in-app notice or email before they take effect.
